Šios taisyklės yra teisiškai privaloma sutartis tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo. Jos nustato bendrąsias pirkinio įsigijimo, apmokėjimo, pristatymo bei grąžinimo sąlygas el. parduotuvėje.
1. Bendrosios nuostatos
- Taisyklės taikomos visiems užsakymams, atliekamiems šioje el. parduotuvėje.
- Pirkėjas, pateikdamas užsakymą ir pažymėdamas sutikimo varnelę, patvirtina, kad susipažino su šiomis taisyklėmis ir įsipareigoja jų laikytis.
2. Užsakymo pateikimas ir apmokėjimas
- Pirkimo-pardavimo sutartis laikoma sudaryta nuo to momento, kai Pirkėjas suformuoja prekių krepšelį, nurodo pristatymo duomenis ir atlieka apmokėjimą.
- Prekės išsiunčiamos arba prieiga prie skaitmeninio turinio suteikiama tik gavus pilną apmokėjimą.
3. Prekių pristatymas ir skaitmeninio turinio pateikimas
- Rope flow virvės (fizinės prekės): Pristatomos Pirkėjo pasirinktu būdu (paštomatu arba kurjeriu) per užsakymo metu nurodytą terminą.
- Video pamokos (skaitmeninis turinys): Nuoroda arba prisijungimo duomenys prie vaizdo medžiagos Pirkėjui išsiunčiami el. paštu iš karto po sėkmingo apmokėjimo.
4. Prekių grąžinimas ir keitimas (Grąžinimo politika)
Vadovaujantis LR Civilinio kodekso nuostatomis, el. parduotuvėje taikoma skirtinga grąžinimo tvarka fizinėms prekėms ir skaitmeniniam turiniui:
4.1. Fizinių prekių (Rope flow virvių) grąžinimas
- Pirkėjas turi teisę nenurodydamas priežasties grąžinti kokybišką virvę per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo jos gavimo.
- Grąžinama virvė turi būti nenaudota, nesugadinta ir originalioje, tvarkingoje pakuotėje (virvę galima išpakuoti ir apžiūrėti, bet su ja negali būti sportuojama).
- Kokybiškos prekės grąžinimo siuntimo išlaidas padengia Pirkėjas.
4.2. Skaitmeninio turinio (Video pamokų) grąžinimas
- Remiantis LR Civilinio kodekso 6.228(10) str. 2 d. 13 p., 14 dienų pinigų grąžinimo garantija skaitmeniniam turiniui netaikoma.
- Apmokėdamas užsakymą Pirkėjas aiškiai sutinka, kad prieiga prie video pamokų jam suteikiama iš karto, ir patvirtina suprantantis, jog dėl to praranda teisę atsisakyti sutarties bei susigrąžinti pinigus.
4.3. Pinigų grąžinimo tvarka
- Grąžinus kokybišką fizinę prekę, Pardavėjas įsipareigoja grąžinti sumokėtus pinigus (įskaitant pradinio pristatymo išlaidas) per 14 dienų nuo pranešimo gavimo.
- Pardavėjas turi teisę sulaikyti pinigų grąžinimą, kol fiziškai gaus prekę atgal arba pirkėjas pateiks jos išsiuntimo įrodymą.
- Pinigai grąžinami į tą pačią sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo atliktas mokėjimas.
5. Nekokybiškos prekės ir garantija
- Jei gauta fizinė prekė (virvė) turi gamybinį broką arba buvo pažeista siuntimo metu, Pirkėjas turi teisę reikalauti ją nemokamai pakeisti kokybiška preke arba grąžinti pinigus. Tokiu atveju grąžinimo išlaidas padengia Pardavėjas.
- Jei įsigytos video pamokos neveikia ar nepasileidžia dėl techninių Pardavėjo platformos kliūčių ir Pardavėjas negali jų pašalinti, Pirkėjui grąžinami už pamoką sumokėti pinigai.
- Fizinėms prekėms taikoma įstatymu nustatyta 2 metų teisinė garantija. Garantija negalioja natūraliam virvės nusidėvėjimui.
6. Baigiamosios nuostatos
- Pardavėjas pasilieka teisę bet kada keisti šias taisykles, apie tai informuodamas el. parduotuvės svetainėje. Nauja taisyklių versija taikoma tik užsakymams, pateiktiems po jos paviešinimo.
- Visi kilę ginčai sprendžiami derybų keliu, o nepavykus – LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka, įskaitant teisę kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą.

These terms are a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. They set out the general conditions for purchasing, payment, delivery and returns in the online store.
1. General provisions
- The terms apply to all orders placed in this online store.
- By placing an order and ticking the consent box, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and undertake to comply with them.
2. Placing an order and payment
- The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer forms the cart, provides delivery details and completes payment.
- Goods are shipped, or access to digital content is granted, only after payment is received in full.
3. Delivery of goods and digital content
- Rope flow ropes (physical goods): Delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer (parcel locker or courier) within the term stated at the time of the order.
- Video lessons (digital content): The link or login details for the video material are sent to the Buyer by email immediately after successful payment.
4. Returns and exchanges (Return policy)
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, different return rules apply to physical goods and to digital content:
4.1. Returning physical goods (Rope flow ropes)
- The Buyer has the right to return a rope of proper quality without stating a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
- A returned rope must be unused, undamaged and in its original, intact packaging (the rope may be unpacked and inspected, but must not be trained with).
- Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are covered by the Buyer.
4.2. Returning digital content (Video lessons)
- Under Article 6.228(10)(2)(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to digital content.
- By paying for the order the Buyer expressly agrees that access to the video lessons is granted immediately, and confirms understanding that they therefore lose the right to withdraw from the agreement and obtain a refund.
4.3. Refund procedure
- Once a physical product of proper quality is returned, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid (including the initial delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the notice.
- The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product is physically received back or the Buyer provides proof of dispatch.
- Refunds are made to the same account from which the payment was made.
5. Defective goods and warranty
- If a received physical product (rope) has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, the Buyer has the right to demand a free replacement with a product of proper quality or a refund. In that case return costs are covered by the Seller.
- If purchased video lessons do not work or do not play because of technical obstacles on the Seller's platform and the Seller cannot resolve them, the money paid for the lesson is refunded to the Buyer.
- A statutory 2-year legal guarantee applies to physical goods. The guarantee does not cover natural wear of the rope.
6. Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time, giving notice on the online store's website. A new version of the terms applies only to orders placed after its publication.
- All disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
